**Q: What does Ito post on the PR?**

A: Ito’s QA copilot provides a visual bug report with a summary of what was tested, test failure reproduction steps and the exact line(s) of code causing the issue, and attached video recordings and screenshots of each test scenario.

**Q: How long does a test run take?**

A: Most automated QA test runs complete in under 45 minutes. Results, which include video test reports and screenshots, are posted as a PR comment automatically.

**Q: What kinds of apps can Ito test?**

A: Ito works with web applications or APIs. Ito does not currently support mobile apps, Chrome extensions, or desktop apps. If you're unsure whether your stack is a fit, talk to us.

**Q: Do you offer annual pricing?**

A: Yes. Pro plans are available at 15% off when billed annually ($127/engineer/month). Annual contracts are also available on the Team plan—contact us to discuss terms.

**Q: What if I want to cancel?**

A: Pro plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your account settings with no penalty.

**Q: What if an engineer is on multiple repos?**

A: One seat covers an engineer across all repos in your organization. You pay per engineer, not per repo.

**Q: Do you support monorepos or multi-repo setups?**

A: Yes, both are supported. Connect as many repos as you need on a single plan.

**Q: How do you define a "seat"?**

A: A seat is one engineer whose pull request testing is handled by Ito. One seat covers an engineer across all repos in your organization—you pay per developer, not per repository.

**Q: Can I control which PRs get tested?**

A: Yes. Ito automatically skips PRs from non-seated engineers and PRs for untestable contexts, such as debendabot. Additional filters are configurable from the admin panel.
